What is your turnaround time?

All shoes are made to order, meaning they are made AFTER an order’s been placed. Shipping times vary for each item depending on the complexity of the design, AS WELL AS the availability of the shoe in stores/online. If your shoe size is not available in stores/online you will be notified of the delay and updated when it is available. Otherwise, the process of designing, prepping, painting, and packing your order can take between 4-8 weeks from the date of your full payment.

Note that receiving a great quality product takes time and it's best not to be rushed with mistakes.

**If you need customs made by a certain date, please reach out 2 months (or more) in advance. If you reach out less than 8 weeks from the date you need them, there is no guarantee that you’d receive them on time.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the US (all 50 states & territories), Canada, & Mexico for apparel & accessories. We do not ship worldwide at the moment.

Custom shoes can be shipped worldwide! Shipping costs will be discussed when you’ve filled out a custom shoe request form, click here to fill one out.

**We are not responsible for any import fees, or lost/stolen packages while in transit. Once your order is dropped off at USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for it.

Please contact your local mail carrier if you have any issues, or consider paying the extra fees for insurance in case something happens to your package while in transit.

How can I order a shoe I've seen on your social media but don't see on your website?

Custom shoes can now be requested by submitting a “request form” for a quote. There are more details on process and costs on the custom shoe request page (click here for more info). Most of the complex designs shown on our social media are 1 of 1's and will not be replicated, but, we can come up with something similar! Click here to view our portfolio of previous work!

Can I request my own design & what are your prices?

Yes! You can start the process by filling out our custom shoe request form. After submitting your form, we will contact you within 3-4 business days with a quote based on your description of your design.

Please keep in mind that we do not copy other artist’s work, but we can make something similar.

Prices vary by size and design, please refer to the custom shoe request form for a general price range, and fill out the form for a more accurate quote (serious inquiries only).

What shoes do you provide?

We only provide basic shoes that are easy to access such as AF1s, Vans, Converse, etc. “High-end” shoes such as Jordans, Yeezys, Timbs, etc. would have to be sent in to be customized in brand new condition.

Sports cleats can be customized as well! It’s a totally different process when prepping them to be painted, so please let us know the type of cleats you’d like customized so we can do our research and make sure it can be done. Please keep in mind that the paint will eventually rub off on areas that experience a lot of contact with turf or other surfaces.

Can I send in used shoes?

Unfortunately the answer is no. We do not provide cleaning/restoration services if your shoes are dirty, creased, or worn out. If you’re sending in shoes to be customized they must be brand new and in their original box, as well as made of leather, or a fabric/canvas material. If you’re unsure about the materials of your shoe, feel free to ask us when submitting your custom shoe request form.

What if the shoes don’t fit when I receive them?

Please make sure the shoe size you’ve ordered fits before officially placing an order because ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to personal design and size for each order, ALL shoe orders cannot be refunded or cancelled. Shoe measurements can be found on the shoe company’s website.

**If you’re ordering shoes for a child, please make sure you choose a size that will fit at least 2 months from your order date.

Is there a warranty on custom shoes?

If something were to happen to your shoes within 6 months from receiving them (cracks, peels, scuffs), you can send them back to be fixed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please reach out via email (support@shopmoekickz.com) with your name and a photo of the damaged areas.

Do you do any other custom work?

Not at the moment! Right now we only offer custom shoe services. We do not provide custom shirts, stickers, phone cases, or cup options.

Are your clothing sizes mens or women’s?

All shirts, crewneck sweaters, and hoodies are in adult unisex sizes. You can find exact measurements here.

Do you offer wholesale?

Unfortunately we don't offer wholesale prices for large orders, the prices are as listed. If you want to place a large order for any of the accessories , please contact us by email before placing your order to make sure we have the inventory, but again, it won't be sold at "wholesale" price.
