SHIPPING POLICY (apparel & accessories)

Apparel and accessories typically ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has officially shipped. Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to update.

**If an item is listed as a “pre sale/ pre order” item, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you’ve ordered multiple items and a pre sale item, all items will ship TOGETHER.

REFUND/ RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY (apparel & accessories).

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from your purchase date in it's original condition; merchandise can not be worn, stained, washed and/or damaged.
**socks cannot be returned/refunded. All sock sales are FINAL.

sale items, seasonal items, and cups also cannot be returned/ refunded. All sale, seasonal, & cup sales are FINAL.

*if you forget to enter a given DISCOUNT CODE at checkout, refunds will NOT be given. Please remember to enter the discount code when placing your order.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send their item(s) back
unless the wrong item was sent.

Refunds or replacements will be given once we receive the item.

If you received an incorrect product, please email us at  support@shopmoekickz.com with a photo of the incorrect product as well as your name and order number.

Please take the time to make sure you've chosen the correct size/ item, as well as provided the correct shipping information. Click here to view the size chart.

We are not responsible for any import fees, lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit. Once your package has arrived at the USPS or UPS facilities, we are no longer responsible for anything that happens during transit. Please contact them if there are any issues with your package.

SHIPPING POLICY (FOR SHOES)

Shipping times vary for each item depending on the complexity of the design, AS WELL AS the availability of the shoe in stores/online.

If your shoe size is not available in store/online you will be notified of the delay and updated when it is available. Otherwise, the process of designing, prepping, painting, and packing your order can take between 4-8 weeks from the day you’ve made a full payment.

Note that receiving a great quality product takes time and it's best not to be rushed with mistakes.

**We are not responsible for any import fees, lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit. Once your order has arrived at the USPS or UPS facilities, it is no longer our responsibility. Please contact them if there are any issues with your package while in transit.

Refunds WILL NOT be given for incorrect address/size entries.
**If your order gets sent back due to an incorrect address, you will be asked to pay for any additional shipping cost to be resent to the correct address.

If you need to edit your address after submitting your order, again, please notify us immediately at support@shopmoekickz.com.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY (FOR SHOES)

ALL (shoe) SALES ARE FINAL. Due to personal design and size for each order, ALL shoe orders CANNOT BE REFUNDED and CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Once we have fully discussed your design, desired shoe, and TOTAL cost, you have already had enough time to decide whether or not you’d like to officially place your order. Once your initial payment has been made, your order cannot be cancelled.

Orders of $400 or more are required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of half of your total cost (discussed after submitting a quote form). This deposit is non-refundable because you are paying for your “slot” in line, the shoe, and time spent discussing and creating a mock-up of your shoe.

If you need to change the size of the shoe, please notify us immediately at support@shopmoekickz.com .

NO EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, or RETURNS on custom shoe orders. 

WARRANTY ON CUSTOM SHOES

If something were to happen to your shoes within 6 months from receiving them (cracks, peels, scuffs), you can send them back to be fixed. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please reach out via email (support@shopmoekickz.com) with your name and a photo of the damaged areas.
